The below mentioned are the different ground maintenance packages offered throughout the growing season.
Package 1
Consists of the Following Services
1 spring clean up
26 weeks of ground maintenance (April 15th – Oct 15th)
4 Fall Clean ups
4 Fertilzer applications
Early spring
- Granular fertilizer application
- Pre emergent weed/crab grass control application
Late Spring
- Granular Fertilizer Application
- Post emergent weed control application
Early/Mid Summer
- Granular Fertilizer Application
- Fungus/Insect Control Application
Early/Mid Fall
- Fall/Winter Granular Fertilizer Application
Trimming of selective material 2 times throughout the season
Package 2
Consists of the Following Services
1 spring clean up
26 weeks of ground maintenance (April 15th – Oct 15th)
4 Fall Clean ups
Total costs of services rendered are based upon a 10 month season (March – December), With one set monthly price for all services combined.

Retaining Walls
A retaining wall is a structure designed and constructed to resist the lateral pressure of soil when there is a desired change in ground elevation that exceeds the angle of repose of the soil. The active pressure increases on the retaining wall proportionally from zero at the upper grade level to a maximum value at the lowest depth of the wall.
The most important consideration in proper design and installation of retaining walls is to recognize and counteract the fact that the retained material is attempting to move forward and downslope due to gravity. C&R Landscape Design can offer multiple solutions in solving retaining issues ranging from a variety of manufactured retaining wall stones as well as natural stone walls to help combat against any topography.
